Unprofessional rude, arrogant management
Manager very rude and unprofessional. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Mandy over promises and underdelivers she promotes a service and when it comes to making use if it she becomes arrogant very unprofessiona. Hotel is as good as a homeless shelter not worth the money at all.
