Plumbing assistance

Went there to get a part for a tap they do not stock. Terrence helped me and phoned around to try and find something that would fit. He went out of his way to assist even though it was a small part for very little cost. Even though this took up a bit of his time he eventually manage to contact someone that could help. He also took the time to phone back the next day as a follow up. Good company with good staff they deserved to be supported.
