Poor quality and after service at Cape Pine Benches
About a month ago I purchased Picnic table and benches from Cape Pine Benches. Everything went very smoothly and Jayden was very good and accommodating. Promises were made that the furniture will withstand the cape winter conditions. After one month mold started appearing on all surfaces of the benches and table top. I called to see what could be done and Jayden once again appeared very helpful and said they would come and sand down the surfaces and everything would be fine. So by the time came for the appointment there was a no show. So I tried contacting Jayden and there was no response. He flatly ignored all my attempts to make contact and find out why the no show. No attempt, regardless of what his issue was, was made as part of customer service to redeem his no show. Please be careful when purchasing from this company. There is no after sales customer service and quite frankly I feel that their workmanship is sub standard that after one moth the bench turned moldy.
