Going back on their promises!!

If I could give zero stars I would - and I see I am not alone! We have booked the Whale Trail for January and were told that the booking would be exclusively ours with first choice to fill the 2nd lot of 6 slots. We then find out when trying to book those slots up that they have been given to another group! So basically - in the time of Covid - Cape Nature has decided to book us with 6 total strangers! After a lot of phone calls we were then told that if the 50% capacity regulation was still in effect on the 20th August the booking would revert fully to us and the other group would have to be moved......only for the 20th to roll around and Cape Nature now to state that they are looking "for an extension" from their legal team! So basically Cape Nature does not only care about our health and safety but they are quite happy to continually go back on their word that they have given us for no reason other then it seems that they don't want the hassle of moving the other group! Do they even realize that by moving the other group and allowing us to fill the full 12 slots ourselves they will actually be guaranteed MORE money????? The logic and bad business practice leaves a very bad taste in our mouths! At this stage we are even considering what our legal options are as they are going against verbal promises made and against the regulations of government.
