Cape Nature bad service

Not the most amazing experience. Our accommodation at Cederberg Algeria was changed, then cancelled on the day we were meant to leave. After arguing with them for ages, they eventually agreed to honour our booking. Unfortunately,b we had to come back home a day early because of an emergency. Considering Cape Nature messed up our booking I thought they would maybe refund us for the night we didn't stay but they refused. I wish this place was run by someone private and not a ******* entity like Cape Nature
