Can't get hold of anybody

I have been trying since the 19th of January to make a booking, but I am not getting through to the call centre.<br> <br> I've sent numerous emails, I got 1 response, not answering any of my questions or attaching the correct documents.<br> <br> No idea how to book anything if it's impossible to get hold of anybody.
