Car sales

I found a vehicle on the internet which Cape Motors Goodwood was advertising.The salesman, Yaya Siguca contacted me and we proceeded to follow through with purchasing the vehicle. We were charged an extra R3500 for licencing and registration and R6000 for transporting the vehicle from the Cape to KwaZulu-Natal. When we took possession of the vehicle we noticed it had not been licence in my name as agreed. It was registered as being a 2 seater not a 5 seater as a double cab bakkie, what's more it was not yet licence in my name. It was clearly not in a roadworthy condition. Visiting our local COR depot we were informed that it had a clearance certificate and was ready for transfer. It was placed on a test bay and was failed on numerous faults which are required for a COR certificate. Cape Morors Goodwood asked us to transfer the licence into our name and stated they would reimburse us for the licencing and faults to be be repaired. They have as to date not done so and evade committing to any reimbur*****t for the last three months.
