Issue with getting a reservation

I purchased a Groupon voucher to the Glass lounge that expires on the 18.03.2015.<br> <br> On the 3rd Feb 2015 I requested a reservation for valentine's day, and the reply i got was that they are fully booked (which is understandable). The 20th Feb 2015 I requested reservation for the 21st Feb 2015 and received no feedback. Today (24th Feb 2015) I requested a reservation for Saturday 28th Feb 2015
