Disappointing Hotel!!!!!

<p>06th May 2016.There was a special running through wiki deals for a one night stay at your hotel. I booked it, as it was for my parents 36th Wedding Anniversary. Before booking i called the hotel to confirm a few things eg: if the restaurant was halaal, the person on the other end assured me that it was. Also asked them if they could perhaps do something special as it was their anniversary. Went ahead and I booked a room as a surprise for them. Well what a disappointment it was. Firstly,they arrived and parking was not even included so they had to pay for parking. Other hotels that I've stayed at had free parking for guests staying at the hotel. They went up into their tiny room the pictures showed online and what they had was extremely misleading. There was supposed to be a turndown of rose petals which was Inc in the deal and there was none. The hotel gowns that they offered were ugly and washed and worn out. The macaroons that were on the bed were crumbled and looked like someone ate on it or broke it. Then there was a brownie that they bought there and it was so stale that it was inedible. They went down as we also bought the offer for a 3 course meal only to find out that the restaurant was not halaal at all and therefore could not eat there. They asked about the turn down because I informed them before they left that they would have rose petals strewn over the bed and told front desk there was nothing. They however before my parents went back up had the rose petals on the bed for them. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in what my parents were given on their special day! I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone. Wasted my money and you spoilt what was supposed to be a memorable night. Please up your standards. Zero rating! 4 star hotel I would definitely disagree.</p>
