Complaint

Cape Milner is a beautiful hotel and it was not my 1st time being there the restaurant staff are amazing but I was definitely not impressed with the receptionist that made my booking,the lady was so rude telephonically that she dropped the phone in my ear as I was asking questions, then when she apologise with her manager they offered me wine... That time I'm pregnant how will I drink wine I guess they think wine would have sorted the rudeness deleverd very offensive to think alcahol will fix things ... I'm definitely not impressed with how they handle things they told me via email to right down my number a manager will contact me.... They still contacting me till now very arrogant staff including the manager itself anyway I'm never going back there. Especially if I'm the one who needs to calm down after the mistake they did regarding a reservation. I definitely don't like disrespect and I hate bad service or bad treatment.
