Bad Service

I stayed in the Cape Milner Hotel for 2 nights and found the service to be extremely bad! There were no flowers in my room as there were supposed to be and for my entire stay my bed was not turned down once and curtains not closed. The hotel is supposed to be 4 Star but that is impossible based on the service received. I will never go back.
