Couldn't be bothered

I sent CMH an email on 09/04/2020 requesting advice. I have a sister who is schizophrenic and not dealing very well with the enforced isolation of lockdown. I tried doing online research but all I got was advice for "normal" people to cope with lockdown. Hence I contacted CMH. I wasn't expecting an immediate reply as I sent the email just prior to the Easter weekend. I got a response on Easter Monday informing me that the ticket was closed and to reply if I was not satisfied. I rep**** that I wasn't satisfied as my enquiry had not been addressed at all. I received a response at 03h35 this morning informing me that the ticket was closed - again no response or resolution. There was an option to rate the service - I selected the unhappy emoji face and rep**** that my enquiry wasn't resolved. I then got an automatic response that my email could not be delivered.

Seriously bad service - all we wanted was advice. Mental patients are released into the care of their families who are not equipped to deal with them with no support. Even the police don't bother coming out when we report violent outbursts ( which they are trained to deal with).
