Cape Mental health being unprofessional.

I got in touch with Cape Mental Health a few months ago. It wasn't long until I got an appointment with a social worker so they could refer me to a psychiatrist. All I had was the interview with the social worker. That was it. She promised to bring a referral letter to my house but never did. I kept messaging her and she kept saying the next week she'll bring it. Is this how Cape Mental Health does business? You so claim to care for people and get them help but so far, nothing. For someone with depression, it's a very dangerous and silent ****er. I wonder how many people this happened to. So unprofessional. I regret even seeing someone from Cape Mental health.
