Rude and Condescending

I’ve never experienced such a rude, condescending and disrespectful service provider (Werner Meyer). The process started smoothly when I required the services but from the time of delivery to the time of collection, Werner Meyer was absolutely rude to my family and I. He would send voice notes in Afrikaans though I’m not an Afrikaans speaking person and he was not polite at all even when we tried treating him with decency. He pitched up at my house and knocked very rudely and was not even polite when greeted. I’ve paid money for this service and as such, the level of professionalism I received from Werner was very poor and distasteful. If you don’t want to do business with black people or non-Afrikaans people then say it from the get go. Do not take my money then go and be disrespectful to my people. Or perhaps go and do a course on how to treat humans different from you and learn to use the standard English when speaking to non-Afrikaans speaking people. I loved the flooring but I’m definitely never using this company again and I will not even refer them simply because, Werner lacks basic human decency and kindness in dealing with my family and I. It costs nothing to be kind.
