Don’t rent SEAFORTH TERRACE B1

We recently rented SEAFORTH TERRACE B for a month. Well don’t . The apartment is very under equipped , when renting for a month you would expect DSTV Well you won’t get it. Although you pay for a deep clean when you leave don’t expect it to be properly cleaned when you move in , you can’t see through the windows they are so dirty and the braai hasn’t been cleaned for weeks if not months. When the agent was told about the braai her answer was, and I quote, do what all South Africans do clean it with an onion.
