Never made the appointment

<p>Cape Leak Detection had an appointment to detect a water leak on my property. Shortly before the appointment they called to re-schedule. I had waited at home for them to arrive, and I could make the postponed time. I asked the person who called me if I could bill them for my wasted time and asked her to come back to me. I have not heard a thing from them since. I managed to find another company who kept their appointment and solved the problem.</p>
