Inaccurate Detection

These people do not offer any reliable service. They insisted on cash before reporting on their detection. Told us the leak was in the shower. We were uneasy of their approach and got independent plumbers in to repair the leak only to find no leak in the shower but the leak was in the floor on the other side of the bathroom. We reported this to Cape Leak Detection expecting a refund of their charge. We did not even ask to be recompensed for the broken shower tiles removed unnecessarily. Even with all the evidence supp**** to them, their reply was "our detection was not wrong". Use them at your own risk.
