Fly by night company

<p>This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had from a company. They came for a leak detection assessment capped at R1200 for finding the leak. The technician came, spent 10 minutes finding the leak and then left. We did not go with their quote for repairs as they wanted us to source the materials which was inconvenient. When our appointed plumber came, they broke up the shower where the leak was supposed to be. No leak was found. In the end, after much blind searching, the plumber finally found the leak beneath the bathroom. This meant both our bathroom and shower was destroyed because of their incompetence. I have phoned and written many times to the company as I do not think they deserve R1200 for 10 minutes after bungling up the job so badly. NO REPLY AT ALL. This company treats it's customors like dirt. NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever. They just ignore you after they have their money</p>
