Cape Leak Detection - Shocking report writing a month later, do not use the company

Cape Leak Detection came out on 1 October 2021 and to date, we have not been able to obtain a comprehensive or even standard written report, a month later. Myself and the management agent had to follow up with Rina and Lana daily. I also contacted Gershwin, who was onsite, who said that he cannot write the report as Rina in the office does this. Not sure if it is standard practice for the person who was not onsite to write reports or who clearly knows nothing about the inspection, but this is what Rina wrote as our full report below.(with pictures that were not clearly marked or visible as to where these areas are). "Did an infrared scan found that there are cracks between the tiles on top of the roof the tiles needs to be lifted and to be redone on top of the outside door the roof on top needs to be waterproof free shield by the kitchen not sure what's happening there can't see where the leak is coming from but needs to be looked at in the washing line area the waterproof is starting to come loose and needs to be resealed the Windows need to be sealed from the outside and he is a big hole close to the downpipe gutter which can also be a problem for the the wall when it rains to the inside. Leak detection found that the waterproofing is lifting and cracks in tiles present on balcony" Shocking writing skills, incomprehensive and incorrect details as there were 4 areas, and evident of someone who has not been onsite. We have requested a refund but stay far away from this company its a joke. Stay clear from this company.
