Cape lawn landscaping not delivering

Cape Lawns advertise themselves very well if you Google artificial grass. The 1st Buffalo grass - I had them replace the grass with another batch. The 1st one was dry and brownish. Very happy with the second batch. I paid them in full for the job done. However they did not complete a section of stones and one of the stepping stones cracked. They said they will replace. I have been waiting since 28/10/2022 when they started the job.
