I was informed by Megan Kisten in writing that a disciplinary would take place against Timothy Chase of Buchanan Boyes October / November 2015. When I phone on the 30th November 2015 to ascertain the outcome of such disciplinary first I listen to music , then I speak to the secretary , then I have to hold on several times. Finally when I get thru to Megan Kisten , I am told she will not discuss it.<br> She is obliged by law to discuss it. It is my right to know. Amazing how public servants have an attitude that they are doing the citizens of this country a service when it is ones right to know . Then she puts down the phone.<br> If they cannot adhere to a written agreement , let alone respond to a legitimate enquiry , HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY BE LEGALLY EFFECTIVE .?? IF THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE WHY THE NEED TO PUT DOWN THE PHONE ?
