9ct gold chain 1.6 g.

Only the clasp was broken and I handed it in to replace the clasp.

Received bracelet back in 2 broken pieces with clasp still broken.

Handed a very sentimental bracelet in, in perfect condition (with only a broken clasp) and received back in 2 pieces!

Cape Jewel Paarl Mall with contact person Iris just seem to ignore how bad their service really is!

This behaviour of a jewellery store and the treatment of a client's sentimental jewellery is unacceptable!
