Bad service

I am very disappointed in the service of the shop . My fiance bought me a watch at the store in the month of December and two weeks later or a week the winder fall off , I then took the watch back because the watch was expensive and but it braked so quickly . The lady at the store explained to me that it will take some time for the watch to be looked at because the company that needs to repair the watch is still on leave? So told me they will only let me know after the watch has been picked up by the store and that was in February the 06th . Today the 08 /03/2019 , I received a massage on whats-app and not even via email ?? Saying that they can repair my watch and the cost will be R 350 !!! I cant believe this , its ridicules i dint even wore the watch as much and the winder just fall off !!
