Cape Industrial Solutions

On the 30th of April 2019 I called a company called Cape Industrial Solutions to order pumps and rock drills from them. The guy is spoke to (Thabo) was very friendly and willing to help. I put the order through and he asked me to pay the same day in order for me to get my stock faster as it will be coming from Cape Town and my company is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga. My company paid more than R300 000 into the account details on 2 May 2019 that they gave on the proforma invoice. The guy assured me that my stock will be dispatched on Saturday therefore it will be in Witbank on Monday afternoon 6 April 2019. Monday morning I called and they kept telling me that the courier guys got delayed but they will be at my office in a few hours. We waited with no response. Tuesday morning 7 April 2019 at 08:11 in the morning I called him back and asked him where my stock is and he then told me that the guys will be there in 3 to 4 hours. With no luck reaching them afterwards they blocked my calls from going through after telling us that they never received payment and we never spoke to them and they don't know what we were talking about. I am very disgusted about what had happened and to my surprise we learned that the company is **********. So many people know about them and what they are doing but no one is able to stop them from doing it, why? My company lost thousands of Rands through this and those guys are just waiting for the next person to do it to!
