Workmanship guarantee not honoured

I had roof water proofing and repairs done in November 2021. In March 2022 I contacted My Hidwan Haupt to inform him that I noticed that the one side of the facias and eves were not properly fixed and requested that this be attended too. There were many promises of coming out to check what I was complaining about however Mr Haupt never came out. I called numerous times calls were not answered, and sent many Whatsapp messages but every time there was an excuse on why he could not come. Either he was too busy at another site or else he has Covid of is in ICU. This does not bode well with me. I am hoping that with this write up Mr Haupt will rectify his guarantee on is workmanship.
