Poor workmanship

I have worked with many small companies in the past, but my experience with this one has been nothing short of a disaster. Hidwan Haupt, who claims to be the owner, demonstrated a lack of professionalism throughout our interaction. He originally quoted me for waterproofing in July 2024, yet after the job was completed, I discovered it was still leaking. When I brought this to his attention, he came out to address it, but by then, we were at the end of the season.

Fast forward to April 2025, and I’m still facing the same leakage problem, despite being promised a one-year warranty on his workmanship. When I reached out about the issue again, he had the audacity to send me a quote for additional repairs, which I find outrageous. I cannot recommend this company, and I urge anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with caution.
