Cape Handle Bar - awful client service

I have received the worst customer service. After 4 weeks and me following up I am still waiting for 12 handles I ordered. I was told it takes 10 days. When I followed up I dealt with a new person & discovered that the handles had never been ordered. Yhe next time I followwd up I was told that they had ordered 6 but they hadn't been delivered yet.! I am still waiting to hear when they will arrive. The staff are disinterested and clearly not client focused. I will never buy from this business again.
