Dishonest, Deceptive, ******

Our church projector started taking a VERY long time to start up. Problem started one day, not a gradual thing.<br> <br> We took it to them hoping to fix it, they assured me they know what they are doing. I called a few days later and they said the power supply needed to be fixed, R480. We gladly paid. <br> <br> Took it home and immediately turned it on, Same problem. I returned it, and re explained that the problem was in the STARTUP time. (it would take multiple attempts to turn on over the course of 10 minutes or so)<br> <br> He agreed, said he would work on it. I offered that even if the problem was unfixable, we would pay them for their servicing so that it wasn't a waste of their time!<br> <br> Weeks later, we picked it up again, only to go through the same problem. We brought it in for the THIRD TIME. <br> <br> Weeks later, I came to collect and he said to come back in 2 hours, at 5 o clock. Upon my arrival... he had it already up and running. INTENTIONALLY evasive... He knew the STARTUP TIME was the problem. I restated that if the problem occurs the next morning i would be back for a refund. He assured me that would be fine<br> <br> THE NEXT MORNING THE PROBLEM HAD NOT CHANGED SINCE DAY ONE, AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND!!!
