COMPANY WITH BAD DRIVING ATTITUDE, COMPLETELY DISREGARD FOR THE RULE OF 5HE ROAD

This saddest me,I am sitting in my car with my baby sleeping in it next to me in a parking in kloof street with my car clearly marked baby on board, when suddenly a cape fusion tours mini van CAA 10639 pulls infront of me and reverse right up to my front bumper literally 30 cm away to stand in a stripped yellow line. And a lady gets out looks at how she parked ,and what seems to be an idont care attitude plus she look under the influence. It makes you think ,if this is the attitude of the driver or what I assume is the owner ,how safe is traveling with a company that put other ppl life's at risk.I wouldn't recommend using this company.
