Dishonest & Unreliable

I placed an order on the 12/08/2020 for a coffee table, I paid the deposit and was assured I would get my table in between 4-6 weeks. It is now the 21/12/2020 and i have still not received my table!! I have emailed, followed up, tried to call, sent WhatsApp's and I then get a reply or 2 in-between my many attempts with no explanations as to why it is taking long, I just get told it'll be sent next week, next week clearly means in a years time or never. I have asked for a refund and receive no responses. I received an email telling me to pay the balance so they can send it off, why would I give more money to someone so unreliable? The worst part is I Have ordered from them before and they did the same thing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again, this time it's taken 2 months longer than the first. Clive Scott is not an honest or reliable man
