*****ulent company!

In November 2024 I bought an outfit from Cape Flair. I never heard from them for weeks, and when I started to try and find out where my order was I was just told that it would be coming, it is at customs. I was upset to find out that this is a Chinese company not a company based in Cape Town and I asked for a refund. To date I have never heard from them!! Quite disgusting that these people can operate like this, we are none the wiser when we are buying online, it has put me off of buying online!!
