Do not purchase anything from Cape Flair. Fronting as a store in the Cape Design Quarter, but does not exist. Delayed refund by offering a 10% refund, then when I insisted I wanted a full refund they offered a 20% refund. Again I refused, as I was well within the return policy period and had met all the requirements to qualify for a full refund. They stalled, insisting if I wanted a refund I had to return the product at my cost - which was R1700 to a grocery market in China. It's impossible to return items of poor quality and fitting.
