Cape Financial Solutions in Grassy Park does not honour their agreements

Cape Financial Solutions has a motto " Your partner to financial Freedom" . I personally think that this company conned me. I signed a deal for them to construct a nutec outbuilding on my property. We agreed on a price and I signed the agreement. I was under the impression that the said company would finance the project since there is a clause in the contract which states that it will charge an amount for procuring and servicing the agreement. I then had to go to a bank and app**** for finance which I got , and they got their cut for doing nothing per se. Then the erecting of the building was commissioned and a guy from my area was subcontracted. Subsequently the building was never finished and the reason for that was sited as the subcontractor ran away with the money. I now sit with an incomplete structure from Cape Financial Solutions. After further consultation with the CEO of the company Hayley Jacobs, we arrived at a point where she would assess the work done and the way forward. I was shocked when I was asked to tender another 5 to 6 thousand rand to finish the project since their subcontractor ran away with the money. I feel that it is totally wrong of them to have done that and to expect me to pay en more. I have a contract with Cape Financial Solutions only and not the subcontractor. I still, after more than two months, have no answer from the CEO Hayley Jacobs as to how to finish my outbuilding.
