Bad experience

We booked on Friday evening for a group of 6 to do the quad biking in Atlantis on Saturday morning. The one person could not make it and I informed them early on Saturday morning. Due to their terms and conditions, they insisted that they will retain the money for the 6th person even though she could not make it. The customer experience in this regard was handled very unprofessionally and despite many attempts to reason with them, they were adamant to the point of rudeness that they are within their rights to retain the money I paid which there was no service or benefit for. The one person even put the phone down while I was speaking. On the day, the biking itself was enjoyable but very controlled to the extent that the experience itself turned out to be a bit boring. The guide did not allow us to ride anywhere except in a straight line behind him. For the price, a little more freedom to experience the dunes would have been preferred.
