Never, ever use Cape Executive Parking

I will never use CEP's services EVER AGAIN!

We struggled to locate them when we arrived at the airport on Friday. We nearly missed our flight from driving around the different parking levels. Even after I asked them several times to meet us, they told us they could not. I was told to park my car at any bay and upon my return, they will assist me to still pay the Multiply discounted fair, this was not to be realized.

Upon arriving back on Sunday, we walked around for 2hours trying to find their offices at OR Tambo airport. We sent emails, called them several times but no attempts were made by Gary to come and find us (even after he had asked us to wait at a certain spot, he is coming for us!) Gary did not even bother to call and check on us and we were the ones who constantly had to contact them!

He ended up not answering our calls. at that point, we ended up paying the R500 parking ticket and went home. we landed in the afternoon after 4PM and we left the airport after 6PM!! I am disgusted by this service!

You guys are useless and I will never recommend you.
