Atrocious service! Never use this company

Totally abhorrent service

We left our car at their parking over the weekend and paid for an additional car wash. When we returned our car battery was dead so we had to leave our car over night. We paid the AA to assist us and they charged the battery. They notified us that an inside the car light was left on, it was obviously that this was accidentally turned on by someone washing the inside of the car. Cape Executive drove the car from the Friday to the Saturday, we collected on the Sunday, so no prior issues.

When we sorted our battery I requested at least a refund for the weekend, never mind the cost to call the AA. I was basically told to F off and sworn at by their staff, the way they reacted was absolutely disgusting.

I would've forgiven them for the accident re the battery, but their reaction was atrocious, it was beyond belief at the way I was sworn at.

I will never use this company again!
