Excellent Refund/Return Policy

I ordered equipment from Cape Engineering and they were supposed to deliver to me in Botswana.However ,due to unforeseen circumstances on their side ,the equipment was lost due to the riots in South Africa.Cape Engineering handled the matter by refunding me for my order without any hassles.I was impressed with their quick action in resolving the matter.I managed to re-order the equipment as my client needed it.It was delivered right an my companies doorstep. Very good company to deal with.
