Shocking treatment

<p>Cape Diamond Hotel runs the accommodation like a hostel; Although you are paying hotel price. When i asked to lodge a complaint with the manager when dealing with the receptionist i was denied this. I asked for a refund so i could find alternative accommodation as i was not satisfied; this was denied. And I again was not allowed to speak to the manager. </p>
