Cape detour Car Rental - Stole my money

<p>I hired a car on 4 February with Cape detour Car rental located at 5 Somerset road, Cape Town. They took a deposit of about R2,600. Today is almost 80 days since then and I still do not have my refund. I noticed late in March that they hadn't refunded me and I reached out to them. They were unprofessional, blaming an accounts department that doesn't seem to exist. They said they had a backlog but to date have not refunded my money. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF USING THEIRS SERVICES!!!</p>
