Inadequate service

I placced myself under administration after a divorce a few years ago. Everytime you ask any feedback it takes up to three months to get any assistance if ever. In November 2019 I paid in more than the outstanding amount and instructed them to close of the file. By March when lockdown started it was still not finalised. This has caused me endless damage as I was unable to secure any financial assistance due to still being listed. I have lost me personal acommodation and had to downscale. Am also in the process of losing more. Not impressed. They do not try to assist and care for their clients
