Prompt communications

I enquired to numerous businesses with regard to containers, wendy houses and Nutec buildings and Patty from Cape Containers was the only person to reply and she did that straight away! That means a lot to me even though I have decided to go the Nutec route. What is it with companies that they don't reply to emails? So bad mannered! But not Cape Cube Containers :-)
