A bunch of ********!!! stay away from this company!!! You will regret it!!!
Very terrible experience, i made a payment of R50 000 on the 7th of January in am attempt to purchase bitcoin, my account was placed on hold and an email was sent to me requesting KYC documents which i then sent back to them. All i received was emails stating that my account is under review till today (6 days) later i still haven't received my funds. I wanted to invest in bitcoin while price was cheap. Please be careful when dealing with some companies. Better try luno or valr. Bunch of ********. When i asked for a refund they claimed my documents were **********. I asked them since i am a so called "*********" why are they keeping ***** money? are they the police? Still no response.

12 Jan 2022, 16:31Khuthadzo our team has told you repeatedly that your account was under review since Monday when your payment cleared (2 days ago) and your ********** documents are under review with Nedbank and the SA Financial Intelligence Centre. We do not allow **********, money mules or 3rd party payments on our platform, and neither does Luno or Valr. We have also been advised to open a police case against your account for further investigation. We will revert once we have had further replies from SAPS and Nedbank. Thank you

What type of company goes around calling customers ********** for no reason? I advise anyone who is reading this to please go to the google play reviews and see how cape crypto speaks and treats customers. You are a new company less than 1 year old yet you act with no respect and name call people. This all began when i asked for a refund. IF ANYONE IS CONSIDERING INVESTING WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE DONT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.....RUNNNNN!!!!. Also i will be opening a case as well, feel free to share the detective name, location of police statin and i will appear there in person. You think i a am a fool

12 Jan 2022, 17:07i see you guys even removed my comments from your facebook page. If you are innocent why remove my comments from your page? what honest legit company does that? You cant even give me a police case number? I contacted Nedbank and they are not aware of this.

28 Nov 2023, 10:54Follow up review: This customer had made a third party deposit on our platform, which is against our terms of use (as it is for all licensed Crypto exchanges). Third party deposits are typically seen from money mules and ********** who are attempting to skirt exchange control and launder ********** funds. Once our compliance team had reviewed their case, and deemed this customer to be in breach of our terms of use, the funds were returned to the sending account, and this customer was exited from the platform. The entire process took us 5 days from start to finish. We take *****, AML, and local law enforcement extremely seriously at Cape Crypto.
