Bad service and refusal of refunding deposit

I ordered two Ottomans from Cape Craft Sofas and paid a R2000 deposit Now first of all delivery was supposed to be maximum a week and a half. When it was delivered three weeks later after I had made numerous phone calls and whal's up messages which we ignored. The colour of the two Ottomans differs, I ordered dark grey. The one was dark grey the other more brownish. Did not accept delivery as a result of that. Now Cape Craft Sofas refuse to refund my deposit of R2000 stating that they do not have the funds.
