No response after emailing them about stale cookies bought

<p>I have emailed Cape Cookies twice now, with no response from them. I purchased 2 boxes of 1kg biscuits and opened the first one to find the biscuits were stale. I cant bear to eat them they taste so terrible. Box was already thrown away so could no check sell by date, but im assuming Pick n pay would not put expired biscuits on their shelves! 2kgs of biscuits i need to throw away and i cant even get a response from Cape Cookies... shocking after sales service!!</p>
