No payment

I am a freelance photographer, and did a photoshoot for Cape Contours. I sent Sasha an email with my invoice for the day rate two and a half weeks ago and uploaded my photos for her to download. She first responded and said she will pay asap. 12 days later i still haven’t received any payment, i sent her an email again last week and said I noticed she downloaded the images and haven’t received any payment. This is not acceptable as that is my job, that is what i do to make a living. Don’t if their head of the company even knows about this. Please get this sorted.
