Please help urgently

I am looking for someone to assist me urgently from bsmart/cape consumers. I phoned them yesterday and was told to email members @bsmart.co.za No reply yet. I also went on their website and pasted the same msg to contact me. My aunt financed her car through them in 2013. She now wanted to sell her car, but at traffic department was told it is still under Cape Consumers. It is fully paid. We need the original registration form from them, otherwise she can not sell her vehicle. I found their address on google and went to Bellville. Thank you to the receptionist at Rawson properties, she even phoned them to find out where they are in the building. The lady informed her they dont have an office to see clients, everything is done telephonically.
