Failed Promise

I closed my account in July 2020 and was assured that my cashback bonus for the period July 2019 to June would be paid to me by end of 2020. This was confirmed in numerous e mails. However, it is now 12 January 2021 and I am still waiting. I get the feeling that I am not the only former bsmart member who was given the same promise and that the company are using delaying tactics to earn interest.
