Cape Consumers R 120 pm membership fee.
Cape Consumers are now charging a ridiculous monthly membership fee of R 120 per month even if you do not purchase anything on your card. As a state pensioner I cannot now afford the R 120 pm fee and have to close my account being a member since 1970.
