Cape Consumers - Buy Aid

CC is pathetic and really not worth the trouble. I have been with them for as long as I can remember. Every year bonuses are advised at the beginning of November. Today is 14 November. I called CC on 5 November asking when bonuses will be advised. They said 9 November. This did not happen. I called again on 13 November asking and was told that notification had been sent on 7. This was not true. I did not receive any notification nor did a lot of people I know. Today there is STILL no bonus loaded. This is NOT RIGHT. The month closes tomorrow - so what is the use of a bonus? To anyone thinking of joining CC - DO NOT waste your time. I will be cancelling my membership with immediate effect.
