Being harrased by sms messages, e-mails and pre-recorded messages

I was contacted by Cape Consumers in September, around 27th, offering me a bsmart Card. I was aked to send through a copy of my ID and payslips/bank statement to a specified e-mail address. I have sent through the information, in two separate e-mails a day or two after the request, yet I still received requests for information. I eventually contacted Cape Consumers via their website, to find out what was going on.

A friendly lady by the name of Natalhie Stevens contacted me. I forwarded her the documents. She requested one more document. I was told that they make use of an external provider to collect information and she would liaise with them. Since then, every single day, I still get messages telling me i need to submit documents. I am FEDUP! Natalhie has sent me my welcome pack already.

To tell me to ignore the requests for outstanding documents are simply not good enough. 3 messages every single day, requesting information that was submitted already is annoying. 1 on SMS, 1 e-mail and 1 pre-recorded message. Which makes it more annoying is the fact that the application has been approved.

I see this as corporate harrasment. If this is how our business relationship kicked off then I am worried about what to expect going forward. I would also like to know who the organisation is collecting the documents of behalf of Cape Consumers, because I would like to lodge a complaint against them too.
